		<description>In order for preventative methods to be tested it would mean a rather high element of risk for the participant. More challenging is if statistical information requires evidence of reduction in HIV and an established percentage of the population must participate for it to be deemed successful.  
In spite of the risks of contracting this deadly virus the &quot;at risk population&quot; continue to practice non safe sex. This disease is particularly easy to transmit through body fluids. The education is freely available and is regularly discussed in educative programs and yet people from all social demographics make the choice not to use condoms.
