Advertising condoms in the Land of Smile

Advertising condoms in countries where talking about sex in public is still a taboo (at least officially) is difficult and even harder when the sex in question is not between a man and a woman. The ad below shows that it is however possible and that people don’t like imagination (even if a bit slushy).

Unfortunately I doubt that this ad has ever made it or would ever make it to Thai TV. This is a real shame with a prevalence of HIV at 30% amongst MSM in some part of the country. Thailand has yet to decide between loosing face and accept the reality of a situation (yes sex happens between men and quite a lot of it do happen) or loosing life.
